Introduction
The purpose of this request for proposal is to conduct two consecutive capacity building training (one targeting women working in the green sector and one for fintech regulators and service providers). The aim of the training is to build women’s skills, and to enhance financial inclusion, especially underserved groups including women of different age groups, persons with disabilities, and refugees. The supplier will provide a tailored training program to address the unique needs and challenges faced by these women, empowering them to achieve greater financial independence and success in their green economic activities, and build the capacities of the regulators and service providers to enhance inclusiveness of the Fintech ecosystem.
