SCOPE OF TENDER
To develop a framework that includes the following components:
- Study existing coordination mechanisms at the national and sub-national levels, identifying their strengths, weaknesses, and gaps
- Develop Multi-sectoral coordination mechanisms involving state governments, municipal corporations and civil societies to address air pollution in Gurgaon and Amritsar.
- Operational plans tailored for Amritsar and Gurgaon cities to tackle specific sources of air pollution, ensuring comprehensive implementation across various sectors.
- Launch Event for the multi-sectoral plan report and execution of the Capacity Building Plan for stakeholders involved in the implementation and monitoring of the plans.
