Introduction
The aim of this Terms of Reference is to support UNDP in creation of an e-Learning platform and four interactive educational materials focused on social cohesion. Learning Management System (LMS) should be developed based on an open source (preferably) or build own LMS / Целью данного Технического задания является оказание поддержки ПРООН в создании платформы электронного обучения и четырех интерактивных учебных материала, ориентированных на социальную сплоченность. Система управления обучением (СУО) должна быть создана на базе открытого исходного кода (предпочтительно) или создаваться самостоятельно.
