Background
The Caribbean Justice Reform project seeks to enhance the institutional capacities of the police force, prosecutors, lawyers, courts and prisons to effectively and efficiently manage criminal cases. To achieve this objective, UNDP will develop interventions, including the deployment of enabling technology and systems training to improve efficiency of criminal justice administration, empower stakeholders through gender-aware capacity building across all elements of the administration of justice, with a focus on service design and delivery and strengthen national and regional processes and procedures for improved efficiency and accountability within the justice sector. This procurement is part of the process for achieving the aforementioned objective.
