The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Country Office Sudan is currently implementing an HIV and C19RM grant that involves procurement of office furniture for State Ministry of health (SMoH) in Atbara – River Nile State as per outlined specifications in Annex I Schedule of requirements.

UNDP invites qualified suppliers and service providers to participate in the following tender:

Scope of Work:

The Office of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) seeks for Quotations from interested suppliers for the Supply, Delivery and installation of Office Furniture for the State Ministry of Health (SMoH) in Atbara – River Nile State.

 Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry. Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements.
