Introduction
Title: Proposed Construction of Hygiene Facility at Farafenni Lumo
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/ EXPECTED OUTPUTS
UNDP seeks the services of a Construction firm to work under the direct supervision of and guidance of the Project Manager and the overall Supervision of the Design and Supervision Consultant to perform and deliver the following duties outlined below:
I. Work with the UNDP Country Office (M-MPTF Project Manager) and the Supervising Engineer to formally visit and be introduced to the site.
II. Mobilise and make available all required machinery (as per the BoQ) as well as the key personnel to work on the completion of the substructure (realization of floor concretes). The Supervising Engineer will have to certify all works at every stage before payment is processed.
III. Complete the construction of the structure (including the roofing, toilet fittings, lighting, water supply, access roads, etc.) to ensure quality of the work from start to end under the supervision of the Design and Supervision Consultant.
