Introduction
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Rwanda is seeking a qualified service provider to establish a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for comprehensive general building and compound maintenance services. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining general building and compound, ensuring high standards of service in areas including electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, furniture repairs, and basic computer networking.
Scope of Services:
- Furniture relocation and repairs
- Carpentry and glasswork
- Boiler and heating system maintenance
- Plumbing and sanitary services
- Electrical and computer networking tasks
- Construction, painting, and general repairs
Contract Duration: Three years, with the possibility of renewal based on satisfactory performance.
Supplier Qualifications:
- Proven experience in large office maintenance
- Certified personnel in relevant trades (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
- Adequate tools and equipment
- Valid insurance for personnel and liability coverage
Evaluation Criteria:
- Technical expertise (40%)
- Personnel certifications (25%)
- Past performance and references (15%)
- Cost proposal (15%)
- Insurance and liability coverage (5%)
