Introduction
BTCA is seeking a PR firm to enhance the visibility and advocacy efforts of AfCFTA’s Digital Financial Inclusion agenda, led by the Secretary-General. Over six months, the PR firm will create and execute a robust communications strategy to amplify AfCFTA’s message to key stakeholders, including policymakers, the private sector, and the public. This includes developing compelling narratives, engaging with media platforms, and organizing campaigns that align with AfCFTA’s mission of creating a unified African market.
Objectives and Scope of Services
The key objective is to strengthen the visibility of AfCFTA’s initiatives in creating a One African Market, bringing together 55 countries with a combined GDP of USD 3.5 trillion. The PR firm will be responsible for:
- Developing comprehensive communication strategies.
- Producing high-quality content such as press releases and social media posts.
- Implementing media outreach programs and managing press coverage.
- Providing crisis communication support.
- Conducting communication audits to improve current strategies.
- Training AfCFTA staff on communication best practices.
- Monitoring communication trends and technologies for innovative solutions.
