Introduction
UNDP Bhutan invites prospective bidders to submit their proposal for Consulting Services for the Nationwide GIS mapping of waste facilities, data collection of waste streams inclusive of plastic waste and GHG emissions from waste sector. Please refer to the Terms of Reference for more details.

Nationwide GIS mapping of solid and plastic waste facilities.
Update National Waste Inventory Survey Report 2019.
Development of nationwide solid and plastic waste management infrastructure master plan.
Calculation of GHG emission and a mitigation plan of the waste sector. The identified mitigation and master plan will be used as input into the formulation of Nationally Determined Contributions 3.0
