Introduction
SCOPE OF TENDER: Long Term Agreement (LTA) for Photography for United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Nepal inside Kathmandu Valley only
UNDP Nepal is seeking the services of a professional photographer with experience in taking development work-oriented photographs and videos. The photographer will assist the organization to document its various projects activities and success stories through photography and audiovisual medium. The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Nepal wishes to enter into Long-term Agreement with multiple sole traders for these services.
Long Term Agreements (LTAs) will be signed with the selected bidder/s for a period of one year with the provision of an extension for an additional two years, based on satisfactory performance.
The approximate value of LTA threshold for three years (based on the previous year’s spending & forthcoming requirements) will be tentative USD 45000.00.
This is just an estimated figure, and not a guaranteed volume, and this should not be considered as a promise to do the business with selected bidder. The figure is provided to reflect the volume of the business and scope of services.
