Description of the Assignment: Communications Consultancy for PR and Publication Distribution

OBJECTIVE

UNV reaches out to diverse audiences through different channels and means – web, social media, in-person and virtual representation and media outreach. External audiences comprise our UN and funding partners, civil society organizations (including volunteer-involving organizations), media (through traditional and online channels), and the general global public.


SCOPE OF WORK

The proposed work involves a multi-channel communications approach to raise awareness and drive engagement around the VCARE publication. This will be accomplished through the development of an engaging video, facilitating  Dialogues in five Central Asian countries (Kazakhstan, Kyrgysztan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan), and generating media interest to promote the initiative. The video will encapsulate key insights from the VCARE report, serving as an introduction to the initiative. Through  Dialogues, the goal is to foster discussions among key stakeholders and share these across media platforms. Simultaneously, targeted media engagement efforts will secure coverage across various outlets, ensuring the initiative reaches a broad audience, including potential volunteers, institutions, and the public.
