The subject of this procurement is the Upgrade/Refactoring, Optimisation of Existing and Development of New Functionalities, and Maintenance of the IS until December 2028. 

Please note that the Site visit and the Pre-Bid Conference will be organised on 06 November 2024. Please read the solicitation documents carefully for more details. 

The site visit will be organised only in person (Podgorica, Montenegro), at 10 a.m. local time. Interested bidders should confirm their attendance (name and last name of attendees, company name) at dimitrije.jovicevic@undp.org no later than 05 November at 1 p.m.
