Introduction
OVERALL OBJECTIVE
This Engineering Firm aims to provide technical support and oversight for the Expansion and Renovation of the Mile 7 Bakau High Court complex. The scope of work includes reviewing architectural drawings, developing and/or reviewing the Bill of Quantities (BoQs), participating in prebid preparations, supervising the Renovation and Expansion process, and certifying the quality of work completed by the selected Construction Firm.
Specific Objectives
With support from the EU-UNDP GREAT Initiative, an Engineering Firm will be hired to provide technical guidance through daily supervision of the Renovation and Expansion of the Bakau Mile 7 High Court complex. The firm will work closely with the Judiciary as the primary beneficiary, and the Ministry of Works, which serves as the technical arm of the Government of The Gambia. The goal is to ensure that the renovation is regularly reviewed and certified at each stage, incorporating feedback and approvals from both entities.
