Request for Proposal: Final Evaluation of the “Promoting Green Transformation in the Pacific Region towards Net-zero and Climate-resilient Development” Project 

United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites prospective bidders to submit a proposal of RFP Final Evaluation of the “Promoting Green Transformation in the Pacific Region towards Net-zero and Climate-resilient Development” Project in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Terms of Reference. The purpose of this assignment is to assess the overall performance of the project, including the effectiveness of its inputs and activities in achieving the planned outputs. The evaluation will specifically focus on examining the project’s contributions to reducing reliance on fossil fuels, promoting sustainable economic growth, and enhancing resilience to climate change in the target countries: Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Timor-Leste, and Vanuatu.
