REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)

UNDP kindly requests Vietnam-based suppliers to provide your quotation for the provision of 30 sets of IT Equipment: Desktops, webcam and speakers (USAID project) as detailed in line items section of this RFQ.

Specific requirements: All the goods must be: 

- Made in Viet Nam or Available in Viet Nam at the time of purchase 

- With following supporting documents (MUST BE ATTACHED to the quotation for evaluation):

+ Certificate of Origin

+ Certificate of Quality

+ Customs documents evidencing that the goods were already in Viet Nam before the tender was announced.
