Introduction
UNDP is seeking to engage the services of a law firm to support UNDP in drafting and negotiating a construction contract to engage the general contractor that will complete the portion of the works assigned to UNDP. The law firm will be engaged as outside counsel and will assist the Office of Legal Services of the Bureau for Management Services of UNDP (“BMS/OLS”) and the General Operations Office of BMS (“BMS/OP”), with all the legal aspects related to the engagement of the general contractor.
