Creation of Remote Sensing and GIS Lab Facility located in New Delhi, India

Scope of Work:

Various technology-based pilot studies were initiated by Department of Agriculture and Farmer’s Welfare (DA&FW) for paddy and wheat crop area and yield estimation, model standardization using remote sensing and allied technologies. The technology crop model matrix (CMM) -1 (paddy and wheat) and CMM-2 (Soybean) is now rolled out and States are implementing the CMMs using remote sensing-based technologies. In this aspect, setting up a Remote Sensing lab in CPMU with advanced software components.

The selected bidder shall be responsible for the Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Training, Maintenance and handover of Software Tools for Creation of Remote Sensing and GIS Lab Facility located in New Delhi, India.

The supplied Software Tools should be compatible with the GPU Enabled Workstation, Network Attached Storage and other basic appliances used in Remote Sensing and GIS Lab Facility.

The bidder’s bid for the Software Tools, must be for its latest version only as, released by the OEM at that time. Software Version , Make & Model must be clearly stated by the bidder in both the bids – technical and commercial.
