Introduction

SCOPE OF THE TENDER.

The current task is to conduct competitive procurement process to establish Long-Term Agreement/s (LTAs) for the delivery fresh and seasonal fish and seafood mostly coming from low-impact sustainable fishing techniques, required for UN City Canteen at Marmorvej 51, 2100 Copenhagen East.

 UN City Canteen aiming to introduce a one-day fish/seafood service in the Canteen; and raise the use of sea products in the Cafe and Meeting service.

The established LTAs are expected to allow UN City to access a higher variety of high quality and seasonal sea products for the Canteen, Cafeteria and Meeting services.

The expectation is to set up LTAs with 1 supplier ensuring reliability and transparency on the setup.  The LTA intended would work on direct order basis. 

An initial contract would be signed for a duration of 12 months, with the possibility of extension for two more consequent years (1+1) subject to positive performance evaluation. 

 

Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in guides available in the UNDP website: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders. Do not create a new profile if you already have one.
