Amendment I refer to the following changes made to the “Annex 1 - ToR LTA for design services (final)”, page 7: Instead of: “Financial offers There are two different types of financial proposal referred to in this tendering exercise: 1) Financial proposal for the LTA purposes where the prices for the case scenario described above shall be proposed. These prices will be used for the LTA award purposes only. In addition to the prices for a person/day from the mentioned case scenario, the solicitation document will require the prices for person/day for other engineers listed above which the bidder can offer in the event that they are needed for a future task. If the proposal is selected, these prices will become a part of future LTA. In future specific assignments LTA holders will be able to submit the bid maximum up to these prices. Form of these financial proposals is a part of the RFP document. 2) For the potential subsequent assignments (secondary biddings), Terms of References for specific assignments will be prepared. All LTA holders shall be invited to submit particular bid through secondary bidding procedures. In such instances, the bid prices for person /day for concrete assignment cannot exceed those provided in offers for this Long Term Agreement (cene covek / dana za konkretan budući posao ne smeju biti više od cena koja su date prilikom podnošenja ponuda za preliminarnu kvalifikaciju, a koje će biti sastavni deo sporazuma/Long Term Agreementa).
