Description of the Assignment:  

The objective of this assignment is to provide legal support for:

a. finalization of the draft Rulebook on conditions and methods of taking genetic materials from nature at the territory of the Federation of BiH, as a bylaw document of the Law on nature protection of FBiH.

b. preparation/finalization of the new Rulebook on risk assessment and development of risk assessment studies of the introduction and cultivation of non-native species and the procedure for issuing a permit for the introduction of non-native species in the FBiH.

Period of assignment/services: 20 working days in December 2024

 

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
