Introduction
We kindly requests you to submit your proposal for the assignment - RFQ/2024/023 - Video and Sound system in UN House Auditorium to supply and install a new system for conference utilities including high-definition video cameras and surrounding sound system that are compatible to connect current microphones and translator’s device in accordance with the equipment list with technical specifications outlined below.
In response, the United Nations in Mongolia will engage a local company to procure video and sound system in accordance with the specifications outlined in the provided Terms of References
