| Introduction :
This is a Call for Proposal template to be used for NGO selection process. This is designed for the open competitive process (where no prequalified NGO roster exists) including Request for Information and Capacity assessment checklists.
Proposals amounts should range from a minimum of USD 60,000 including VAT for the full implementation of the process including all activities mentioned above. NGOs wishing to apply shall specify in their proposal the allocation of budget per task. Budget allocation would also include the NGO’s management fees remuneration of the staff required; materials; logistical support; venues; facilitators, etc. NGOs/CSOs exceeding the established fixed budget in their financial proposals will be rejected. The financial offer shall indicate if the offer includes VAT. Note: VAT amount shall be added to the financial offer in case the NGO declares VAT. Please note that the VAT amount will be paid in LBP at the official BDL rate. |
