Object: hiring a consultancy (legal entity) to carry out studies on the socio-economic and logistical potential of the bioceanic road corridor, to comply with the commitment signed by the Brazilian Government in the declaration of Asunción in December 2015, and reaffirmed in the strategic alliance between the federative republic of Brazil and the Argentine republic.
