Introduction
SCOPE OF TENDER
UNDP India solicits proposal from eligible Service Providers to take up the work as per the scope outlined below. The selected bidder shall be responsible for the procurement, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of rainwater harvesting system at pre-selected locations in the UN House campus in New Delhi.
a. Source, design and implement the rainwater harvesting system with specified product quality and efficiency mentioned in the BOQ
b. Delivery to site, including local transportation and custom clearance, if needed.
c. Installation of the rainwater harvesting system components at the site inclusive of civil works like removal and re-working of the pavement/ access roads/ landscaping, draining, etc.
d. Provide operations and maintenance support, including provision of spare parts for the installed solutions for a period of 5 years.
e. Training on operations and maintenance (operator and end-user) after commissioning, including provision of operation and maintenance documentation.
f. List of spare parts is to be included as part of the technical proposal.
The supplier shall carry out all civil works for rainwater harvesting solutions to be compatible with the drainage systems and stormwater lines. For the actual work to be carried out at the site bidder needs to execute the work in consultation with UNDP representative/Inspector.Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide.
