The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Country Office in Serbia invites offers from qualified suppliers for the perform construction, crafts and services works on reconstruction and energy rehabilitation of the Government building in Mike Alasa 14 in Belgrade. Important note:
PRE-BID conference will be conducted on 23 December 2024, at 13.00 CET (Belgrade Time) while site inspection will be organized on the same day at 14:00 CET (Belgrade time). Attendance on the PRE-BID conference and site inspection are mandatory. A bidder which does not attend the PRE-BID conference and /or the site inspection shall become ineligible to submit a bid under this ITB. Bidders must pre-register for the meeting using instructions provided under the Bid Data Sheet document.

Amendment
The Amendment 1 refers to the following changes that are made to the “Form H - Price Schedule - Bill of Quantity” document, Sheet "1 ARCH-ENERGY E", group of works "IV- INSULATION WORKS", items no: 12, 12.1, 12.2 and 12.3, in the column “Description of item”: Instead of: “12 Fabrication of horizontal thermal insulation on flat roofs from stone wool, with thicknesses as per the Design, type Knauf or equivalent. Technical specifications of the thermal insulation are: Thermal conductivity coefficient λD≥0.038 W/mK Fire reaction class A1 - non-combustible material Allowable thickness deviation class min T5 Declared compressive strength at 10% compression > 70 kPa Delamination >10 kPa Point load N> 650 All work must be done according to the Design, technology, and recommendations of the thermal insulation manufacturer.” shall be read as follows: “12.
