Introduction
The requirement is for vendors to provide comprehensive offers for each full lot of hybrid solar PV turnkey solutions in health facilities across Zimbabwe based on the following configuration.
1. Supply solar PV turnkey solutions
2. Installation, User Acceptance Test (UAT), Commissioning and government certification of the final system to be completed nine months from award
3. Integration of the final solution into the facility and power supply where existing or planned
4. Training of the users on the system must also be provided to guarantee they will be able to perform load management and the system's first-level operation and maintenance effectively.
5. Provision of bi-annual maintenance and after-sales service by the local partner (for 2 years). NB: O&M service and bi-annual visits is still subject to funding confirmation and may be awarded following installation and stabilization period, approximately in May 2026.
