Invitation to Submit an Offer as a National Individual Contractor – Geo-Enabled Health Systems Strengthening

Procurement reference No: GF/IC/24/038

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is a trusted, long-term partner of The Global Fund (GF), representing the UN’s global development network, advocating for change, and connecting countries to knowledge, experience and resources to help people build a better life. UNDP’s value proposition lies in providing an integrated package of development solutions to strengthen institutions to deliver health services.

As the interim Principal Recipient for the Sudan GF programmes to be implemented from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2026, UNDP is responsible for the financial and programmatic management and the procurement of health products for the Global Fund HIV, TB and COVID 19 grants to Sudan (the ‘Grants’) in coordination with the Federal Ministry of Health, national and technical partners for the achievement of programme results and the effective use of grant resources.

Considering the highlighted above, UNDP is seeking to recruit a consultant who will support the FMOH to roll-out the GIS, under the oversight of the UNDP, WHO and FmoH.

Period of assignment/services is for 96 working days, estimated to start in January to December 2024, subject to the date of contract signing and revision in implementation schedule.

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than the indicated deadline.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
