Introduction

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Vietnam seeks for A national firm Develop a Multi-layered Creative Map of two cities for the project of UN-HABITAT

The contractor will work closely with the UN-Habitat Project Team, along with project partners and beneficiaries, including Tam Ky and Hoi An local government, youth, and experts, to produce a map to identify “hotspots” of creative hubs, talents, spaces and attractions associated with focused areas/sectors, youth engagement and ICT application in Tam Ky and Hoi An in both paper map and digital format. Different users will be able to access layers of information, submit their information for further development, report false data for revision, and extract tailored data in the form of statistics, interactive maps, graphs/charts, or printsize maps. This main objective is to be achieved via the implementation of two major components within this assignment:

(1)        Developing and deploying an interactive online map through a secured web portal that allows data access, query, and update;

(2)        Proving a tool transfer and training for effective management, administration, and further improvement of the database, system, and tools.
