Introduction

The UN in Ghana hereby invites potentially qualified Janitorial Service Providers in Ghana on Local Long-Term Agreement (LTA) contract basis for its offices in Ghana. For successful administration of the contract, the requirements are broadly detailed as follows:

• Cleaning all offices/rooms, conference facilities, libraries other existing facilities and surroundings making sure to maintain hygienic environment.
• Cleaning the inner and outer vehicle parking yards including canopies and pavements.
• Provide cleaning equipment’s and other facilities (squeezers, brooms, scrubbing machine. etc.)
• Sweeping, dusting, and mopping all floors including Staircase, Corridors, and open areas.
• Emptying all types of office solid wastes, including wastepaper baskets, shredders and washing or wiping them. Remove garbage from office dust bins and dispose of it appropriately (recycling as per designation).
• Provide handy man for moving of furniture’s, equipment, and other luggage, offloading and uploading.
• Provide handwash liquid soap and other toiletries (Window cleaner, air fresheners, air fresheners dispensers and Toilet balls).
• Dusting, cleaning, washing, disinfecting all areas, including offices, toilets, bathrooms, tea rooms, reception area, floors, fixtures, handrails, door handles, curtains, corridors, and grills, etc.
