Local Firm to Develop Communication Materials for ICOM Public Engagement Campaig

Introduction

SCOPE OF WORK

Under the guidance of UNDP and ICOM, the consultant is expected to design and produce materials for an awareness campaign. The tasks to be undertaken by the consultant under the Terms of Reference include the following:

1. In reference to the content roll-out plan, provided by UNDP and ICOM,   create a branding guideline, develop a content delivery timeline and a brief communications strategy for disseminating the materials created on all relevant media (TV, Radio and social media etc.). Sample template will be provided for the communications strategy.  

2. In line with the core messages and ideas proposed by UNDP and the ICOM, develop creative concepts, designs for the multimedia spots and support script development for the video and audio spots.

3. In consultations with UNDP and the ICOM, finalize concept and script for the selected messages considering the target audience for each message. 

4.       Develop 10 video spots with sign language interpretation, 20 multimedia spots (infographics) that would be disseminated through social and mass media.
