!PLEASE NOTE: the currency of the proposal is UAH. Furthermore, UNDP will enter into a contract with the selected national consultant in UAH.
Main objectives of the assignment: develop a detailed and up-to-date Catalogue of manufacturers and suppliers of AT devices and products for arranging a workplace for people with disabilities, war veterans and EO victims.
It is expected that in terms of implementation of the assignment, the Contractor will conduct the following activities:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify national and international manufacturers and suppliers of AT products indicated in the Annex 1 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 893 from August 22, 2023.
- Categorize the manufacturers and suppliers according to the types of AT products indicated in the Annex 1 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 893 from August 22, 2023, including those offering AT products for diverse workplace settings, including remote work options;
- Compile, verify and validate contact information on each national and international manufacturer and supplier of AT products;
- Create a user-friendly Catalogue of AT products.
HOW TO SUBMIT A BID/PROPOSAL:
Proposal should be submitted directly in Quantum portal no later than indicated deadline following the link: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org using the profile you may have in the portal. Do not create a new profile if you already have one. Use the forgotten password feature in case you do not remember the password or the username from previous registration.
Any request for clarification not related to registration issues must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in Quantum. UNDP will respond in writing.
Please indicate whether you intend to submit a proposal by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the announcement requirements.
