We kindly requests you to submit your proposal for the assignment IC/2023/INT/003- International Expert on Result based budgeting expert .UNDP project “SDG-Aligned Budgeting to Transform Employment in Mongolia” aims to support increased employment and promotion of decent work in Mongolia. As such the project will contract an international consultant who will assist in developing guideline on result-based budgeting which provides closer linkage of policies with budgets . Among major tasks the consultant will: Develop result-based budgeting guideline, Design and formulate full-cycle guideline to develop Medium Term Budget Framework under result-based budget, Guidance on integrating the Medium-Term Budget Framework with policy planning, M&E and its reporting process under result-based context and principle and support in other tasks related to the work scope. The duration of assignment 90 days till December 31, 2023 The detailed information including Terms of Reference and other relevant documents can be found in the negotiation attachments Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
