Description of the Assignment: National consultant on the development of a protocol for working with victims of CRSV and a reporting form for providing assistance to victims of CRSV

Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 4 months
!PLEASE NOTE: the currency of the proposal is UAH. Furthermore, UNDP will enter into a contract with the selected national consultant in UAH.
Main objectives of the assignment: to support the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine in developing both a protocol for working with victims of CRSV and a reporting form for providing assistance to victims of CRSV.
In close cooperation with the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine and under the guidance of the UNDP Project Manager, the Consultant should perform the following tasks:
A) Conduct a desk study of national regulations, including draft laws, and international and national best practices on existing procedures and policies for working with CRSV victims in order to identify gaps and needs that need to be addressed through further development of the protocol.
B) Develop draft protocols for working with victims of CRSV and reporting forms for providing assistance to victims of CRSV.
C) Finalize the protocol for working with victims of CRSV and the reporting form for providing assistance to victims of CRSV based on feedback provided by representatives of UNDP and/or the Ministry. The final result should include all final versions of documents in generally accepted formats.
All final products should be produced according to the plan outlined under each deliverable as specified in the Terms of reference.
