Description of the Assignment: The objective of this assignment is to support the optimization of the UN House’s space utilization. This includes designing solutions for the effective and efficient use of office premises and spaces within the UN House in Yerevan, Armenia with focus on re-structuring, reorganization, and potential retrofitting of common and private areas to enhance functionality and capacity. The goal is to enhance the accommodation of current and projected spatial needs of the UN entities housed there.
