Amendment

Dear Supplier Please find attached consolidated response to clarifications received for this tender. To note: 1. Negotiation is extended to close on 10 February 2024 at 1000hrs CAT. Please note no further extension will be done after this. Bidders are encouraged to ensure that they submit their response through the quantum before the close of the tender. 2. The delivery timeline for the goods has been revised down from 45days to 30days after issuance of PO. The close on liquidated damages has been updated in the form "Section 3_Bid Data Sheet Final. 3. One bidder can only be awarded a maximum of 3 Lots. All bidders are encouraged to go through the Responses to clarifications and take any changes that may affect their final bids into consideration. Bids that are submitted without taking these changes into consideration will be considered non-compliant.
