Introduction
Maintenance Services for STULZ PRECISION AC System.
To meet the cooling requirement at UN Common Premises Data Center, UN Common Premises technical team has installed State of the Art Cooling System; Stulz Cyber Air – 2 Precision Air Conditioner. To run this Air Conditioning System smoothly and on 24/7 basis, UNDP requires a maintenance contract from Authorized and Specialized service providers.
Objective:
The objective of the maintenance services is to guarantee smooth functioning of Air Conditioning units installed at UN data center to ensure safe and smooth running of all equipment installed at Data Centre.
Duration of Contract:
The duration of the contract will be one year with the possibility of an extension for another two additional years subject to the quality of the services rendered by the Contractor.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Contractor:
1. 1. Maintenance Preventive, in respect of the equipment, shall be performed as per preventive Maintenance Schedule.
2. Repairs to the equipment in case of failure/ break downs.
3. The contract shall cover the preventive maintenances with supply of consumables per year and 24/7 hours on call services, in response to the maintenance call from the customer’s designated focal point.
4. Preventive Maintenance of the equipment shall be performed as per pre-defined Schedule. The Preventive Maintenance Service will be available to UNDP during weekdays (Monday to Saturday) during business hours, however repairs to the equipment in case of failure/ break downs shall be available round the clock.
5. Service provider should maintain a stock of parts/equipment associated to Stulz Precision AC System that should readily be available for immediate replacement.
6. In case of emergency, qualified engineer/ technician should reach on the spot within 2 hours of time.]
