Introduction :

This Bulletin (Amendment 3 on the bid) issued to extend the deadline until 2nd of April ,2023 COB and to Answer to the bidders’ questions raised during the Pre-bid meeting. See attached Bid  BULLETIN -Amendment 3-  Bidders should not wait till last minute to  upload /submit their  proposals.


This Amendment2 done to upload the revised TOR , extend the deadline and notify the  bidders for Pre- Bid meeting on the 18th of March 2023 ( 10:00 am till 1:00 pm) PWP location.Please See the  revised TOR attached


All Tasks above and their modules will include an Analysis and Design as the first step.

(PWP will arrange a Pre-Bid meeting  with those interested firms at PWP head office in Sanaa on the 18th of March (10:00 AM-till 1:00 PM), the purpose of this meeting is to clarify any point or question about the tasks given above, provide more clarification about the PWP current system and requirements and answer any question firms may have. A Firm that will be Qualified , will be requested to provide a demo and presentation of the proposed system.

Scope of Works:

The Objectives of needed development:

1. Improve PWP operations management via development / customization of an automated system that streamline business processes in selected operations areas of (Human Resources, Procurement, warehouse and inventory).

2. The system should provide integration with program / project management and other related systems existing at PWP.

3. Provide online real time reporting and dashboards.

4. Support PWP future business needs by developing a modular system that is scalable and could be used as a base for replacing windows-based systems to a web enables fully integrated system.

 The needed development:

 1. Develop or customize an open-source system for PWP.

2. Review PWP SRS and related Annexes and provide detailed implementation plan and recommendation for changes if required and approved.

3. Development of IMIS and coordinate development / deployment activities with PWP IT team and related stakeholders.

4. Provide a multi-level Training and TOT for PWP IT team to be able to manage, support and customize the system when required.

5. Data migration and go live support.

6. Support and trouble shooting.
