Introduction

UNDP is seeking for a National Communication Firm for Development and Implementation of Communications Strategy and Plan on the Just Energy Transition to support the Project "Supporting the Implementation of JETP and NDC in Viet Nam".

Based on the agreement of MOIT, UNDP needs the Firm to support the finalization of JETP website, develop and implement the communications strategy and plan, develop articles, news, leaflets and videos to promote JETP for JETP Secretariat in general and MOIT’s Working Group in particular.

Specific Objectives

•       Support develop and finalize the JETP website based on the web prototypes[1], link the JETP website to MOIT website and provide 24/7 Operation & Maintenance (O&M) service, ensuring sustainable operation.

•       Develop, update and implement the JETP communications strategy and plan with up to date information to be published on  the JETP website ;

•       Develop articles, news, leaflets and video clips to promote JETP as requested by Secretariat and MOIT WG.

Period of assignment: From February 2025 to March 2026.
