Introduction

UNDP Viet Nam kindly request 01 national organization to support the implementation of Yagi Typhoon recovery project in Ha Giang for the Project "Supporting local household businesses and vulnerable households through Sustainable recovery initiatives in Ha Giang", as described in this documentation.

Women-owned companies are encouraged to bid. Preference will be given to equally technically qualified women-owned companies.

The consultancy organization will implement a detailed scope of work to fulfill the objectives outlined for the recovery efforts in Bac Quang and Quang Binh districts. The objectives of this assignment are to

- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders in Bac Quang and Quang Binh districts to  validate the list of farming households who receive agricultural support such as agricultural production inputs, production devices...and monitor the correct usage of those support.

-Provide technical assistance on agricultural production and agricultural inputs or production devices for farming households in Bac Quang and Quang Binh districts

- Conduct training events and related logistics in collaboration with other experts to provide agri-business trainings for business households in the 2 districts.
