Introduction
UNDP Office of Procurement (OP), Crisis, Climate and Infrastructure Team (CCIT) hereby invites prospective bidders to submit a bid following the General Conditions of the Contract and Section 5: Annex 1-Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Invitation to Bid (ITB).
The purpose of the ITB is to set up a multiple non-binding Global Long-Term Agreements for Supply of Specialized Vehicles with estimated contract value of USD 16 million for 3 years covering five (5) regional areas for the following specialized vehicles categorized under seven (7) LOTs. Partial Bids are allowed for this ITB. Bidders can submit price quotes for one or several lots as specified in Section 5: Annex 1 - Schedule of Requirements. Bidders must offer bids for at least 50% of the specialized vehicles mentioned in each LOT, ensuring supply coverage for at least 2 regions.
LOT A - Garbage Compactor Truck (19m3, 12m3, 8m3 and 5m3)
LOT B - Electric Garbage Compactor Truck (3m3 and 8m3)
LOT C - Potable Water Truck (40000L, 20000L, 10000L, 8000L and 3,000L)
LOT D - Refrigerated Truck (30 tons, 20 tons, 10 tons, and 5 tons)
LOT E - Waste Truck (30 tons, 20 tons, 10 tons and 5 tons)
LOT F - Fire Fighting Truck (Ladder Truck, Pump Truck, Water Tank Truck)
LOT G - Timber Harvester (Compact (wheel) and Heavy Duty (track))
