This specific tender is managed via the new supplier portal system of UNDP which will in the future replace the online eTendering system currently in use. UNDP is seeking a firm that will provide mobile internet service to allow the transmission of real-time and historical data including the following services: a) Supply 1,004 SIM cards and set up mobile internet service that will allow the transmission of performance data from the 1,044 S4H installed systems to a central server and will run for a period of one year. b) The mobile internet service should be compatible with the in-built Remote Monitoring System housed in the inverters c) The mobile internet service should be highly secure and efficient and allows uninterrupted transmission of performance data from the Remote Monitoring System d) The mobile internet service should allow for usage-based billing with a maximum of 500MB e) The system should allow for voice, data, and SMS services. f) Provide technical support services in case of disruption|
