Introduction
United Nations Development Programme, hereinafter referred to as UNDP hereby invites prospective bidders to submit a bid in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the procurement of 4 vehicles - mobile units, intended for the provision of services of early detection and preventive treatment of TB in target groups. The mobile units will be used to transport specialists (social assistant, nurse) to various locations to conduct TB screening, inform and consult population on digital radiography and preventive treatment of TB, visit patients and if required transport them to hospital, conduct preventive treatment of TB in target groups.
The procurement is conducted as part of the project “Strengthening of HIV and tuberculosis (“TB”) national systems of prevention, treatment, care and support in the Republic of Belarus – phase 2”.

Программа развития Организации Объединенных Наций, именуемая в дальнейшем ПРООН, настоящим приглашает потенциальных участников торгов подать заявку в соответствии с Общими условиями контракта и Перечнем требований, изложенными в настоящем Приглашении к участию в торгах (ПУТ), на закупку 4 транспортных средств - мобильных установок, предназначенных для оказания услуг по раннему выявлению и профилактическому лечению туберкулеза у целевых групп. Мобильные установки будут использоваться для перевозки специалистов (социальный помощник, медсестра) в различные населенные пункты для проведения скрининга на туберкулез, информирования и консультирования населения по цифровой рентгенографии и профилактическому лечению туберкулеза, посещения пациентов и при необходимости их транспортировки в больницу, проведения профилактического лечения туберкулеза у целевых групп.
Закупка проводится в рамках проекта «Укрепление национальных систем профилактики, лечения, ухода и поддержки в Республике Беларусь в связи с ВИЧ и туберкулезом («ТБ») - фаза 2».

Предтендерное совещание буде проводиться 10 февраля 2025г. с 15.00 до 16.00 (Минское время, UTC/GMT+3). Предтендерное совещание будет проходить в режиме онлайн посредством Zoom. Участники торгов должны предварительно зарегистрироваться для участия в конференции по ссылке:
