O prazo do Acordo de Longo Prazo (LTA) será de 02 (dois) anos, podendo ser prorrogado por mais 1 (um) ano, mediante aprovação (boa avaliação) e solicitação formal, através de termos aditivos correspondentes, por parte do Programa das Nações Unidas para o Desenvolvimento (PNUD) e seus Projetos de Cooperação Técnica Internacional. Para as demais Agências do Sistema ONU no Brasil deverá ser elaborado contratos individuais baseados nesse Acordo de Longo Prazo (LTA). 

OBSERVAÇÃO: O Programa das Nações Unidas para o Desenvolvimento (PNUD) e seus Projetos de Cooperação Técnica não garantem a aquisição de qualquer quantidade dos Serviços durante a vigência do Acordo de Longo Prazo (LTA). A ideia é que o contrato seja semelhante a estrutura de um contrato de consumo por necessidade durante toda a sua vigência.

Hiring of a Company Specialized in Maintenance of the Access Control System and CCTV of the UN House in Brasília – Federal District under a Long-Term Agreement (LTA)

The duration of the Long-Term Agreement (LTA) will be two (2) years, with the possibility of an extension for one (1) additional year, subject to approval (positive evaluation) and a formal request through the corresponding amendments by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and its International Technical Cooperation Projects. For other UN System Agencies in Brazil, individual contracts based on this Long-Term Agreement (LTA) must be prepared.

NOTE: The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and its Technical Cooperation Projects do not guarantee the acquisition of any specific quantity of services during the term of the Long-Term Agreement (LTA). The contract is structured similarly to a consumption-based contract, where services are acquired as needed throughout its duration.

Interested suppliers must submit their offers directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the guidelines in the available user guide.
