PROJECT DESCRIPTION

As part of a joint project of the United Nations Development Programme (hereinafter referred to as UNDP) and the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Development of the project management system in the activities of government agencies, a comprehensive study is being conducted to assess the project maturity of government agencies. One of the components of this work is the development of a methodology for determining the contribution of the project to the achievement of the key national indicator and the performance indicators of the implementation of documents of the State Planning System in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan is actively working to introduce modern project management approaches necessary in the new realities. The legislative basis for the implementation of project activities in public administration has been formed. It is planned to introduce a project-network model in the public administration system at three levels. The main goal of the project is to improve the quality of public administration and the degree of implementation of key aspects of project management in the activities of government bodies.

One of the key objectives of the project is to increase the motivation of project personnel to develop professional competencies and introduce best practices in the field of project management and the development of project maturity in the country as a whole.

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.

Одним из компонентов данной работы является разработка методики определения вклада проекта в достижение ключевого национального индикатора и показателей результатов исполнения документов Системы государственного планирования в Республике Казахстан.

Правительство Республики Казахстан ведет активную работу по внедрению современных подходов проектного управления, необходимых в новых реалиях. Сформирована законодательная основа осуществления проектной деятельности в государственном управлении. Предусмотрено внедрение проектно-сетевой модели в системе государственного управления на трех уровнях. Основной целью проекта является повышение качества государственного управления и степени внедрения ключевых аспектов проектного управления в деятельность государственных органов.
