Description of the Assignment: 

The objective of this assignment is to produce a video documentary on how UNDP/LoGIC interventions have created and continue to create impact on the life and livelihoods of local people in the climate-stress areas of Bangladesh through Climate Resilient Fund (CRF) and Performance Based Climate Resilient Grant (PBCRG) This documentary will also portray how adaptation is taking place by the local people along with the journey of the long term employees with the support of LoGIC project. 

Purpose: The video aims to highlight the achievements, impact, challenges, and success stories of the LoGIC project throughout 2017 to 2025 while showcasing the infrastructure schemes implemented across 9 districts of Bangladesh (name of specific areas listed above)

Target Audience: Donors, stakeholders, government officials, project staff, public viewers. This will be posted on websites and social media platforms for the mass audience.

Key Messages: The primary messages that the video should convey the overall journey of the project. It should highlight the effectiveness of the project in tackling various climate adversities in each district, focus on beneficiary empowerment through interventions [Climate Resilient Fund (CRF) and Performance Based Climate Grant (PBCRG)], and community transformation through sustainable practices and development. It would also require capturing testimonies of long-term project staff who have been in the field since the inception of the project and project coordinator/specialist to highlight the implementation journey of LoGIC interventions. 

 

Period of assignment/services: The assignment is for 25 working days spread over 3 months (Tentatively from March 2025)
