                                               LONG TERM AGREEMENT FOR EXTERNAL CLEANING, GARDENING & LANDSCAPING AT UN HOUSE ABUJA


UNDP  Nigeria Country Office is seeking to contract the services of a reputable and experienced service provider  to undertake External Cleaning, Gardening & Landscaping services at UN House Abuja on behalf of UN Agencies, Funds and Programmes in Nigeria including  but not limited to UNDP, UNDSS, UNICEF, UNFPA, FAO, UN Women, UNAIDS, UNESCO, WMO, UNIDO, UNIC, WHO, UNODC, ILO, UN RCO, UNOPS, UN GCO, UNIC, UNHABITAT & WIPO. The selected service provider may also be required to provide similar scope of services at and other UN offices in Nigeria.


The selected company will be required to ensure and maintain a high level of cleanliness of all external areas and well kempt & manicured lawns within UN House Abuja premises, through application of methods/techniques and use of environmentally friendly products, which are designed to avert or reduce any adverse impact on the environment.


The resultant contract will be signed between the selected company (hereinafter known as the Service Provider) and United Nations Development Programme Nigeria (hereinafter known as the lead Agency).

The contract is proposed on a Long-Term Agreement Modality (LTA) for an initial period of one year (1) renewable twice up to three years in total. The LTA is subject to a 6-month probatory period.
