Introduction
The United Nations Volunteers (UNV) office in Bonn, Germany, is seeking to engage a registered architectural or civil engineering firm registered in Germany to handle the building application process for a change of use in one of the rooms within the Langer Eugen Building, Bonn.
- The architects should carry out the building application process (Lph 4) for the change of use (change of the original use of the space) with the City of Bonn.
- The architects were to deliver the detailed design phase (Lph 5) in accordance with German regulations.
- The architects should take over the architectural planning according to the already existing design.
- The architects will have the task of replacing a wall in the room with F90 fire-resistant glazing.
- The architects should prepare the structural calculations and design for the project.
- The architects should calculate and implement a suitable ventilation system for the meeting room.
- The architects were to prepare a preliminary cost estimate for the future realisation of the building.
