Introduction

The UNDP Country Office in Malawi invites interested and eligible suppliers to submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs) in respect of pre-qualification for providing building, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and joinery work for five years as and when required by UNDP. Upon completion of the evaluation of the pre-qualification, UNDP will include the selected firms/companies in the list of pre-qualified vendors.

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. Should you require further clarification, kindly communicate using the messaging functionality in the system. Offers must be submitted directly in the system following this link: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org/ using the profile you may have in the portal. 

In case you have never registered before, you can register using the link:https://estm.fa.em2.oraclecloud.com/fscmUI/redwood/supplier-registration/register-supplier/register-supplier-verification and follow the instructions indicated there. Do not create a new profile if you already have one. Use the forgotten password feature in case you do not remember the password or the username from previous registration.

Incomplete proposals and failure to comply with proposal submission instructions will not be considered or will result in disqualification of the proposal.
