This Request for Proposal is for the Engineering Services under the 3 Lots as detailed below:
Suppliers which have experience in developing engineering designs and undertaking supervision of works in Mozambique are invited to submit their proposals for the Lot they are interested to bid for. Requirements and evaluation criteria (separate per Lot) are presented in the RfP document and attachments to this RfP.
Pre-proposal conference will be conducted online, in English, on 26 February, 10:00 Maputo time.
Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate using the messaging functionality in the system.
