Introduction


                                               LONG TERM AGREEMENT FOR EXTERNAL CLEANING, GARDENING & LANDSCAPING AT UN HOUSE ABUJA


UNDP Nigeria is requesting proposals to engage an highly competent, skilled and experienced  professional Cleaning Services company to provide internal  cleaning  services at UN House Abuja which accommodates a host of United Nations Agencies, Funds and Programmes including but not limited to UNDP, UNDSS, WHO, UNICEF, UNFPA, FAO, UN Women, UNIDO, UNODC, UN RCO, UNAIDS, WMO, WIPO, UNHABITAT, UNIC, UNOPS, UN GCO, ILO and UNESCO. This scope project description also extends to other UN Offices within Abuja and other states of the Federation for which additional personnel may be required.


All qualified firms that meet with the requirement in the solicitation documents and is interested in submitting a proposal in response to this ITB should prepare their proposal in accordance with the requirements and procedures as set out in this ITB and submit it by the deadline for submission of proposals.


The resultant contract will be signed between the selected company (hereinafter known as the Service Provider) and United Nations Development Programme Nigeria (hereinafter known as the lead Agency).

The contract is proposed on a Long-Term Agreement Modality (LTA) for an initial period of one year (1) renewable twice up to three years in total. The LTA is subject to a 6-month probatory period.
